Our History
Our journey began in 2015, our founder recognized a critical gap in how growing businesses managed their day-to-day operations. Fresh out of a Master’s in Organizational Leadership, We took the first administrative role at a fast-paced marketing agency. There, we witnessed talented teams hampered by fractured processes, missing paperwork, and competing priorities. Determined to fix this from the root, she set out on her own—with a single laptop, a notebook full of process flowcharts, and a vision for truly seamless support.
